Thailand Bound does not ask for a name, phone number, or payment card to use the site. How we handle personal data — including the list and Google Analytics — is on the Privacy Policy.

What we do not collect

• We do not run a Meta Pixel or similar advertising trackers.
• We do not sell data. We do not pass emails to advertisers.
• We do not ask for a name, phone number, or payment card to use the site.
• The colour theme you pick stays in your browser only. It is not sent to us.

Server logs

Like most websites, the host may keep ordinary web-server logs for a short time (for example an IP address and the page requested) to keep the site running and to deal with abuse. We do not use those logs to identify you or to market to you.

The Thailand list

The only personal data we hold on purpose is if you join the list: the email you type, the timing you choose, and the date you joined. That is optional. If you never join, we do not have an email for you.

We use that address only to send Thailand trip notes. The lawful basis is consent. You can leave the list on the unsubscribe page, or write from the same address to info@thailandbound.co.uk.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@thailandbound.co.uk from the address you used. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Links off this site

Booking, flight, and activity links go to other companies. They have their own privacy notices. We do not control what they collect after you leave Thailand Bound.
