Who we are

This site is Thailand Bound, a mailing list about holidays in Thailand. It is not a licensed travel agent and does not sell flights, hotels, or package holidays.

Privacy

If you join the list, we store the email you give us, the timing you choose (Soon, Nov–Feb, Next year, or Not sure), and the date you joined. We use this only to send Thailand trip notes.

We do not sell your email. We do not pass it to advertisers. We do not use it for other countries or unrelated products.

The lawful basis for this is your consent when you submit the form. You can ask us to delete your email at any time by writing to us from the address you used to join.

Affiliate links

Some links to hotels, flights, activities, and eSIMs are affiliate links. If you book through them, Thailand Bound may earn a commission. You pay the same price. Those companies may set their own cookies once you leave this site.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. Joining the list uses a short question checked on the server so automated sign-ups are harder. That is not advertising tracking.

Photos

Photographs on this site are stored on our server for the Thailand Bound pages. They are used to show Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and the islands.

Governing law

These pages are intended for use from the United Kingdom. English law applies, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
