Thailand Bound is a Thailand-only holiday list, part of the qaimos.co.uk group. We are not a travel agency. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to ask us to stop.

If you only browse

You can read these pages without joining. We do not ask for a name, phone number, or payment card. The colour theme you pick stays in your browser. It is not sent to us.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-NLFLFFG9F6) to see how the site is used — which pages are opened, roughly from where, and on what kind of device. We use this to understand whether the list is useful, not to build an advertising profile of you, and not to sell your data.

Google may set cookies such as _ga on your device and process this information on our behalf. Some of that processing can take place outside the UK. Google’s own notice is at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not run a Meta Pixel or similar advertising trackers.

The Thailand list

If you join, we store the email you type, the timing you choose (Soon, Nov–Feb, Next year, or Not sure), and the date you joined. That is optional. If you never join, we do not have an email for you.

We use that address only to send Thailand trip notes — timing, places, and ideas worth the flight. We do not sell your email. We do not pass it to advertisers. We do not use it for other countries or unrelated products.

The lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form. You can leave at any time on the unsubscribe page, or by writing from the same address to info@thailandbound.co.uk.

Server logs

The host may keep ordinary web-server logs for a short time (for example an IP address and the page requested) to keep the site running and to deal with abuse. We do not use those logs to market to you.

Cookies

Analytics cookies come from Google, as above. Joining the list uses a short question checked on the server so automated sign-ups are harder. That is not advertising tracking.

Affiliate links

Some links to hotels, flights, activities, and eSIMs are affiliate links. If you book through them, Thailand Bound may earn a commission. You pay the same price. Those companies have their own privacy notices once you leave this site. We do not control what they collect.

How long we keep it

List emails stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is kept only as long as we need it to see how the site is used. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@thailandbound.co.uk from the address you used. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page.
